West Newton, Massachusetts – The vinyl siding on this Middlesex County home is our latest completed project. Section by section the home was fully stripped of 3 layers of siding that had been installed over a period of 115 years. The new look is made up of Alside Charter Oak Vinyl siding with 3/8″ insulation foam installed over house wrap.

The result – 100% maintenance free siding, enhanced insulation and a lifetime warranty.

Charter Oak vinyl siding comes in a variety of colors.  On this home the colors selected were Tuscan Clay for the siding with Maple trim. The panels here are double 4.5″ reveal and available in either standard or Dutch lap profile, with realistic woodgrain or smooth finishes.

The client shared with us that he has received many compliments on his home’s new look. To get this great product installed on your house, call Ready Pros, Inc. for a free estimate today.

Project Glossary

The Alside Charter Oak product comes with an optional contoured foam substrate. The substrate is breathable and insect resistant. Additionally, the contoured shape improves impact resistance, noise reduction and provides year-round energy savings.

Dutch lap siding is a style that offers a more aesthetic quality then standard vinyl clapboard siding and is available in realistic woodgrain or smooth finishes.
